I need access to the following documents:

"Banks and Business Working Together", British Bankers' Association, London 1997.

"A Review of Company Rescue and Business Reconstruction Mechanisms,"
Interim Report. Insolvency Service. (DTI, September 1999); IS 2000
(NOTE: The final report, if one exists, is also acceptable).

I need this information within the next 36 hours in order to be useful to me.

Acceptable answers include the documents themselves, links to the
documents, directions to a commercial database where they can be
retrieved, the contact information of an individual or organization
that can provide the documents.

Thank you in advance.

Hi! Thanks for the question.

I was able to locate the full text of the document ?A Review of
Company Rescue and Business Reconstruction Mechanisms?. You can get
them in both HTML and PDF formats in the following link.

?A Review of Company Rescue and Business Reconstruction Mechanisms?

The document "Banks and Business Working Together" by the British
Bankers Association is only available through a subscription to the
Practical Law Company.

A somewhat similarly titled document can be found on the next link
specifically coming from the British Bankers Association website. You
will also need to pay for it for access. Furthermore, the document
seems to be an updated version since it was made in 2001.

Here is a copy of the PDF brochure and the contact form for the
British Bankers Association.
