Hi,
My question concerns copyright law and royalty fees. I will be
producing a for-profit publication, in which, I would like to use
various monologues by published authors and playrights. Can someone
tell me, please, what the range in price is for royalty fees, and how
permission is obtained when a publisher does not have a "permissions
department," per se. Also, I would like to know exactly what I can or
cannot use without permission, or paying for the rights.

Thank You
