Origin of this painting of Philidor and how to obtain a good copy ($15.00)

The following URL (from which I have the gif image) is a picture (I
think) of Philidor who was both a musician and violinist/composer:

I would like to know the origin of this painting --- I know enough
about Philidor: http://www.geocities.com/siliconvalley/lab/7378/philidor.htm

My 9 year old son is both a violinist and a chessplayer and I would
like to get him a decent sized copy of the portrait along with some
history on it.
