A straight horizontal line across the graph indicates:

b. constant speed.


In effect, the horizontal line in the graph indicates that for every
value of the horizontal axis (time) corresponds the same value on the
vertical axis (speed), i.e. the same speed for every time, that is a
constant speed.

The answer would be b. because the constant speed will be a straight line.
