On what page in what book or article did Friedrich Hayek talk about
the "knowledge of the here and now" and being separate form, but in
many ways mnore useful that scientifically replicable and verifiable
information.He was using it in the delineation of proveable
information, similar to Popper's thoughts.

Great, the quote was used in class, and most likley paraphrased fro
the phrase you exposed me to in the articles (I found what I needed,
in other words).
