Dear zardos-ga; Thank you for allowing me to answer your interesting question. There are dozens of resources for reporting signal theft depending on where you are located, who the cable or satellite provider is and what type of service is being stolen. Here are some general reporting points that actually go to the trouble of contacting the providers wherever they happen to be: CABLETHEFT.COM http://www.cabletheft.com/ SATELLITE SIGNAL THEFT http://satellite.signaltheft.tv/ CABLE SIGNAL THEFT.TV http://cable.signaltheft.tv/index.php?module=theftreport I hope you find that my research exceeds your expectations. If you have any questions about my research please post a clarification request prior to rating the answer. Otherwise I welcome your rating and your final comments and I look forward to working with you again in the near future. Thank you for bringing your question to us. Best regards; Tutuzdad-ga ?
