Hi I am looking for resources (mainly books) related to writing
graphics drivers for Windows AND/OR linux. I am NOT interested in
application level graphics programming. I am looking specifically for
a device driver(Software to support a graphics hardware) related
graphics programming.
If the book can explain from the ground up upto the advanced level it
would be good. Even if it's bunch of books also I won't mind.

About the OS, I prefer Windows centric. But if the resources pertain to
Linux also it would be good too.
