okay, so i bought this dvd off a guy on ebay. he adverstised it as
having great quality (ranked it a 10/10) and referred to the images as
crisp. however, after viewing the tapes i've discovered that the tapes
are not only sub-par for dvd quality comparision, but sub-par even for
vhs comparisions. paypal (w/whom i made the purchase through) offered
me resolution if i can prove, by means of a third party/professional,
that the quality is as bad as i've described.
My dilemma: i need to find someone in the NYC area that can do this,
at a resonable price. the tape has been clearly copied off tv (station
logo appears every few minutes), and the the bad quality is beyond
overt. all i need is a professional to verify this. can you help? |
