Hi, 
can you add anything?  Have you seen the picture,know that does exist
from a written description?  Any ideas of the custumes that would help
identify the period and nation of the emperor?
Is the painting perhaps a fresco from a monestary cave in China or
Tibet or Mongolia?
Are you sure its of a Mongolian Emperor?  A Mogul Indian emperor (Shah
Jahan, I believe) was noted for holding discussions with
representatives of other religions.

Are you referring to a single picture showing all three religions or individually?
