Law Enforcement Organization Name (Acronym for the organization)
I am looking for the news article from this year that showed Ashcroft
at the annual meeting and the name of the organization was a pun on a
"comic book" kinda name.  I just can not remember the name and would
like to read the article again.  The body of the article mentioned PAC
attendance . . .

Thanks for posting this clarification as a new question addressed to
me. That's a nice way to do it!

In order for me to answer it fully, I'm going to need a little more
information.

First -- does this list of John Ashcroft speeches include the one you
refer to?

Second -- if you want the actual article you read, and not just the
speech or the name of the organization he spoke in front of, then can
you help me narrow it down to a specific journal or news media and
time frame?

For example, what magazines or newspapers MIGHT you have read it in?
Or what can you rule out?

Same with possible dates. Within the last month? This past winter? 

Any further hints you can give would be really helpful. Thanks!

Oh, also, if I can't find your answer within a reasonable time after
you clarify for me, I'll be sure to open this question up to other
researchers who might want to have a go at it. The goal is to find you
an answer. Sometimes 500 brains are better than one! :-)

I thought that the article appeared on www.excite.com news which has a
AP feed or on www.earthlink.com news which is mostly ABC news.

The article made a point of the PAC attendees and again, the name was
kinda funny. Like a parody kinda name.

The link you pointed me too could have been the event that the news
article talks about.
