This question has been sitting here for a long time now and the reason
probably is that the requirements for an acceptable answer is rather
vague. Google Answers Researchers cannot talk individually to
companies or investors to know if they will be interested in such a
venture. Furthermore, such a task will involve selling skills as well.

One way to answer this question is to refer you to stock broker firms
who provide  international trading services. You can contact them
individually and ask if they will be interested in your venture.
