Can you translate the phrases "It is my privilege," "It is one's privilege," "It is my honor," and "It is my duty" to Latin? I am creating a mural and am looking for a latin phrase to inscribe. Thank you. |

If you want to translate single words, English to Latin, a useful tool: http://catholic.archives.nd.edu/cgi-bin/lookdown.pl?privilege |

I don't think that Daedalus has quite it. ('One's' isn't Latin.)
Here's my attempt
'It is my privilege'= 'Beneficium meum est'
'It is my duty' = 'Officium meum est'
It is my honor' = 'Decus meum est'
'It is an honour'= 'Decus est'
'It is a privilege'= Beneficium est. |
