Look up the definition of 'debtor'

Gurgle on: definition: debtor

http://www.wordreference.com/definition/debtor

|debtor
a person who owes a creditor; someone who has the obligation of paying a debt|

As a practical tip, I have always found that when dealing with
accountants, it is wise to learn the jargon.
