many of the tests listed below as possible, I would like to know:

1) Number of tests ordered annually in US
2) Number of tests ordered annually worldwide
3) Annual market size in US (i.e., $MM)
4) A percent estimate of how the market for each test has (or will)
grow over a given period of time

Tests of interest include:

1) Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA)
2) CA 125
3) CA 15-3
4) CA 19-9
5) CA 72-4
6) Prostate-specific antigen (PSA)
7) Alpha-fetal protein (AFP)
