Looking for help developing a list of 6-12 significant financing or
strategic transactions (past 12-24 months) for companies developing or
marketing cancer diagnostic tests or testing platforms.  These could
be venture fundings, private equity, IPO, acquisitions, or major
technology licensing deals.  The companies involved do not necessarily
have to be working only on cancer diagnostics, but should have some
part of their business strategy focused on diagnostic oncology.

For each transaction, I need:

1) Names of companies involved
2) Month/Year of transaction
3) Financing amount
4) One sentence description or phrase explaining nature of deal
