I received a question from a website designer, it reads; "MS access at the data base. Wwhat type of data do you currently have in MS Access?" I don't understand the terminology used such as MS Acess etc. Would you be kind enough to explain what the writer means. Best regards. |

MS Access is a database package produced by Microsoft. It is included with some versions of their Office packages. There are also some free versions available for software developers which is probably one of the reasons your web designer has chosen to use it. Presumably your website needs to record data into (or show data already stored in) a database. Perhaps it's a stock and price list your showing on your website? or perhaps you are recording user registrations? Whatever the reason - your web designer has chosen MS Access as the database to do this. Hope this helps Tony |

Ms-Access stands for Microsoft Access. It's a Database Tool. You can store data in the Ms-Access Databases. like employee table containing fields as employeeNumber, employeeName,Salary etc.. In Ms-Access Database is a group of tables. like employee, department, sales, Item etc.. |
