Aviation Artist Sam Lyons has a great painting of a classic fabric
airplane parked at a 1940's rural gas station. The painting is
entitled "Gasin' Up". I cannot find it anywhere. There is a tiny
lapel pin advertised on his website, but I want a larger copy of the
painting.

Have a look at this link:

In particular, the two pictures titles "Lost in the 50's" and "Champ".

Are either of these the images you're after? And are you looking for
a printed image (e.g. a poster) or an online image?

"Champ" is indeed the painting I was after. On Mr. Lyons' website,
that image is entitled "Gasin' Up", but it is too small for me to use.
Also, that website shows ANOTHER painting of the same type of
airplane under the title of "Champ".

Anyway, the image you showed is the one I want. What I want to do is
have a high enough quality image to download (or upload?) to My
Documents or My Pictures. I don't know whether that means I want a
printed image or an online image.

Actually, the lapel pin picture you mentioned is a fairly
high-resolution image and it might meet your needs. Have a look at it
here:

Right-click on the large picture (assuming you're in Windows) and
select "copy", and you can then paste the picture where you want it.

Let me know if it meets your needs.
