I would like to see some data on the distribution of utility bill
values in the UK. See this graphic for an example (last example is
most interesting): http://hem.dis.anl.gov/eehem/picts/97052701.gif

For example, a bell curve showing that the average monthly UK
electricity bill is £25, and that it ranges from £15 to £35.
Similarly for Telephone, Electricity, Mobile, TV. A comprehensive
picture is not required, but something which is recent, relevant and
representative would be appreciated. Monthly preferred to annual. If
graphics aren't available, then clear, credible data is acceptable.

A $5 bonus if you can get me an answer in the next 2 hours.
