Hello. Could you give me more information? I would be happy to hook
someone up with you if I can know a little more.
1. What are your goals? Weight loss? Rehab? General cardio conditioning?
2. What kind of disabilities and physical limitations are we talking
about here? The reason I ask this is that it will affect what type of
exercises can be suggested for you in your particular case.
I don't know what impairments you have, but you may wish to see these
two websites, which provide excellent fitness advice, as well as
introduce you to awesome weight equipment, unlike anything you've ever
seen, as well as a great community of people willing to help you.
http://www.kettlebell.com - this site is an excellent resource for
exercise in general and introduces you to the Russian kettlebell, as
well as other non-traditional forms of exercise.
http://www.clubbell.com - this site introduces you to the clubbell.
The forum here is excellent... a place where you can ask your fitness
questions and get respectable answers.
At both of the sites above, feel free to visit the forum and place
your request for a personal trainer. They will be happy to help you,
as will I.
I hope this all helps. Let me know the answers to my questions and
I'll see if I can get you a personal trainer in your area.
Thanks and I wish you the best of health and much success in your fitness efforts. |
