Need ideas to MASS-distribute a free PDF entitled "How To Invest in Real
Estate with No Down Payment."  Other people like Carlton Sheets charge
$$$ for this info - we're giving it away for free as it is essentially
a "White Paper" for a B2C market with embedded links to drive traffic
to our site.  We believe everyone and thier mom would be interested in
such free info but HOW do we best get it distributed?  Goal is to get
in hands of every USA citizen with any level of interest in real
estate/investing.

Currently, we are considering Affiliate Links where the ads offer the
free PDF but that costs per click and can get expensive considering
we want this sent to 100M + consumers.   E-mail spam is also costly
and not credible.  Perhaps a contest for web marketers where we offer
a substantial prize pool where goal is to distribute as many copies as
possible in a given time-frame?  We'd most like to find a way to
create a grassroots effort in which the PDF spreads for free via
word-of-mouth etc so that people are distributing to friends, family
and coworker for free and en masse.

Please reply with creative or proven ideas or sources to get this
document as widely distributed in the US as possible.  Thank you.

Why not try peer to peer networks like bearshare or direct connect.

There's always a million people an an educational download frenzy of
stuff they will likely never read.

Make multiple copies with multiple relevant keywords and make alternate .doc files.

yeah right. That doesn't work too well for something like real estate.
At least not anywhere near the a year from now.
