I hope not! I'm an GA addict. But I haven't noticed any yet, and
don't sleep that late - but I have fallen asleep with my finger on a
key and wondered about the endless rows of one letter when I woke up.

Is there any scientific proof that regularly going to bed early (e.g.
before 11apm) and getting up (7-8 am) is bad for one's health? I?m not
prepared to take that risk.
