Hi I found 2 old paintings by Harry V. Law , signed dated 1924. What I want to know, Do they have some value and is it his signature. They are 18"x 12" and are in good condition and of coastal landscapes. Who is Harry Law and are his paintings worth anything Thank you |

Here is some of the info on the site that I gave you earlier along with some price comparisons for some of his art. Harry Victor LAW Watercolorist. I recently found 2 H.V. Law watercolors too. My research indicates that yes indeed they are valuable. Last auction his work sold for over $1,000. There is a web site that will give you a free value range. The website is www.californiawatercolor.com. It is a great site to ask questions. I would be very interested to hear what you find out. What size are your pics? |
