Please identify any and all lenders nationwide that offer a loan that
(1) is secured by the estimated equity in a homeowner's residence, (2)
requires no payments at all until either the home is sold or a
predetermined deadline occurs, at which time the loan is payable in
full with interest.

Thanks for the links. However they point to conventional home
refinancing lenders, and the kind of loan I've described in my
question is most unconventional, even though it makes business sense.
Hopefully an answer is forthcoming.
