I haven't found a single reference to any medical organization or
insurance firm by this name. Where did you hear of this organization?

I did a googel and a switchboard search. A bank draft came in my 79
year old aunt's monthly checking account for $349. I have called the
toll free number too many times, read "what a fool I am" ( number
888-488-7522), and at customer service the answer is the address of
the Port of Call, Inc company will not be provided. They are really
quite rude. The bank is doing a search to see who authorized the
draft since my aunt 1. has not been in her home state in 2 months, and
2, has not been authorizing anything for over 3 months due to her
health. I smell a stinking scam on seniors. Hope you share my
outrage. I want to report this group to the state's attorney general
office. Senior fraud is new to me.

I've found some information associated with the phone number you've
provided - it was at one time associated with a company called "Global
Benefits Group", which has been sued in the state of Illinois, as well
as a "debt consolidation" company called "SecCom".

What state is your Aunt in?

What a dreadful situation. I haven't been able to find any information
that will help you to track these people down, but I do have one
suggestion. If your local newspapers or television stations have
"action line" reporters or columnists who deal with consumer issues,
let them know about this. They can help to warn others who may be
potential victims. Local senior service agencies should also be
alerted.

WEll, if you crack them, you'll be the first. The state attorney
general's office, I just got off the phone, basically siad yes, it is
senior frau but there isn't anything they can do, because all the info
is totally fictious. the phone numbers, the names, the everything. I
live i new york, and my mother, who also lives here, doesn't get this
crap. I think Elliori Spoitzer takes of that here. No doubt other
states aren't so lucky. Dianne

I have been scammed by this organazation...it happened yesterday. I am
not a senior citizen either. They answer the phone customer service
and stated it was for Connect Processing Inc. a medical benefits
company. Said to fax info to 514-488-7692 if I wanted credit for what
they took out of my checking account. I would welcome any help to
catch these people.

I've been dealing this morning with this company, same phone nos.
However, I also have another check that they say is NOT theirs. The
name is similar: it is Connect Processing, Inc., and the back of the
check indicates Pilot Connect Processing, Inc. 2115993. I can't read
the customer service no. to call them, either.
