I manage a very large tennis/fitness club and a baseball/multi-sport
facility. I spent a ton of time researching club management software
products. I met with all the vendors at the trade shows, tried out
the demo versions, etc... Of all of the products I tried out, I ended
up likeing CSI's the best. Ironically enough, however, I did not like
any of them enough to end up purchasing one! I think that if you are
a straight fitness only facility, CSI will work out great for you, but
so will a million other products. In fact, CSI is VERY full featured
compared to many of the other programs I came across that it may be
overkill. However, one of the things that I like best about it was
that it seemed more seemlessly integrated than any of the other
programs and had a look and feel more like a Microsoft Office program,
which makes the user feel comfortable and familiar. Good luck with
the search for a good product and integating it into your club. I
know that this can be a monstrous undertaking! I hope that my two
