It could be the amount you are willing to pay.  It's also a relatively
obscure technology.  Perhaps if you asked for a list of companies that
manufacture a specific product or built products using a particular
technology, a researcher might be able to assist.

There are apparently no buyers for this product. As, so far product
reliability and reproducibility has not been achieved to a level where
a product can be designed without the guarantee of consistent raw
material, that is SINGLE walled carbon nanotubes.
