I'm looking for any stats on average banner ad click through rates.

I realize it can differ based on many factors, but I'm looking for
stats from some of the larger banner networks.

Data published this year or late last year would be best.

The average click-through rate for a standard 468 x 60 banner is 0.35 percent.
