Who is the author of short story which appeared in The New Yorker in the 1990s dealing with a paranoid trip to England? One of the key phrases in the story was the phrase "Taper,Sir?" when the protagonist visited an English barbershop. This story and its' theme was referenced in a review of another piece in The New York Times Book Section within the past six months. |
