I am interviewing for a boutique Investment Bank

They specialize in Latin and South American banking transactions and
corporate financial advice.
What this means?
I need to know what I need to prepare for the interview. I mean what
kind of topics regarding this area?

I am a little stuck with this question because I cannot figure what
you actually need.

I understand that making public the company's name could get you into
troubles, but try doing the following:
Search in Google.com for the bank's website and when you access it go
to the "About us" or "Our company" section to get a more detailed
insight of what the bank do.

If you think that this answers your question let me know; if you think
that the answer is incomplete but I am in the right way, please let me
know giving me more clues about what you need, for example for which
position will you be interviewed.

Well there is no website as such of the company. It has only this description

"It is a New York investment banking boutique specializing in
corporate financial advice as well as sophisticated investments. It
was formed in XXX and has sought to capitalize on the need for
independent, highly focused financial advice. In its corporate
advisory business, XXX. seeks to deliver superior insight and
objective advice to top-tier clients on distinctive transactions. XXXX
investment business leverages the expertise and established
relationships of its principals to generate proprietary,
absolute-return-focused investment opportunities"

I am interviwing for Banking Analyst position. I want to know what i
need to prepare for the interview from  the above description. What
topic i need to read for the interview. Since it does corporate advice
what i need to read in corporate finance.
