Where can I find historical data (ideally in CSV/TSV format) for the
odds that bookmakers were offering on the half-time market (home
team/draw/away team) for English premiership, first, and second
division football matches? I'd need at least two seasons of historical
coverage.

I'm looking for something like this:
http://www.football-data.co.uk/available-data.php (except that data
set doesn't have half-time markets). Historical data from betting
exchanges doesn't count, it needs to be from a bookmaker.
