Can California police ( courts ) enforce a Washington State restraint order. Or any condition set forth in Washington state and not specifying any exceptions " Ie Planitif signs state of oregon as well " last line example only. I guess I'm saying nothing is mentioned. Let me give the example, I was pulled over for a traffic stop in Newport Beach CA. for a loud stero. The office informed me of a restraint order from washington state on a certain person who had no barring on the current traffic stop. He pulled up out of his computer and thought he would just mention it for the heck of it I guess. But is'nt washington state law in the jurisdiction of washington state only ?? |
