What are the main differences between American and European MBAs? Will
European MBA degrees be recognizable in States/Canada? What are the
top MBA schools in Europe?

Dear Ukie, 

Today, there isn't a serious variation between MBAs, especially when
one contrasts American vs. European one, though the curriculum of the
later might include more education on various "European" aspects of
business (EU laws, etc.).

Employers tend to fabour universities they know and appreciate. That,
of course, gives an advantage to those who have studied in the same
country. However, when one looks at the list of the top business
schools in the world, it is less clear that this will be the case:
these programmes are well recognised.
