I'm trying to find the name of a TV movie I watched last fall. I
believe I watched it on CBC, it was a movie about two police officers
and their interaction with the drug users and prostitutes in
Vancouver's downtown east side. At the end of the movie one of the
prostitutes one of the officers was trying to help dies and she gets a
funeral procession down one of the main streets. Two phrases pop into
my mind when I try to remember the title; "Low track" and "pain and
wastings" both are synonyms for the location the movie was supposed to
take place around (main and hastings).
