My employer of 8 days said, "This isn't going to work out." I left. When does she, by law, have to pay me my wages up to that point? 48 hours? |

Hello orangian-ga, Where you live determines what laws apply on the employer paying you your final paycheck. In many states different rules apply if you quit or if you were fired. It always helps if we know where you live but I do believe the guidelines are 72 hours. |
