I register a domain name as vastime.com but forgot how to have access
to its administration function. I did not know how to check my email
address as hsw@vastime.com through my website. Can you solve my
problem?

Most hosting companies who offer webbased email alias the subdomain of
webmail.domainname.com . Yours does this as well:

http://vastime.com/cgi-bin/mail
