What record labels are the original soundtracks to the movies
"Cinderella Man" and "Jarhead" coming out on? I believe that both are 
being produced by Universal Pictures, but does not necessarily mean
that the accompanying soundtrack will be on Universal Records.
Both movies are being scored by the movie composer Thomas Newman. 
And do you know how I can get in contact with someone in the art 
depts of these labels.

Universal's film publicity department in LA might know the answer.
But you might also take a shot and try calling Thomas Newman's agent. 
You'll get a secretary, but
he/she might be able to steer you to the record company or to someone who knows.
