I'm looking for a webservice similiar to MSN Group and Yahoo Groups,
but I don't want it to be one of those. It would need to include a
group calendar, a poll, and a forum or discussion section. The more
features the better.

Does any service exist that would be free of cost. I found a service
that would work wonderfully if it was tailored to organizations or
groups. http://www.meettheneighbors.org/ seems to be exactly what I
need, except it's made for more of a local group or neighborhood.

Know of anything?

www.bravenet.com have a wide variety of services, hosted on their
servers, that you can set up to and link to from your own website.
They're free (advertising supported). I use them on my own website and
have been happy with them
