I am looking for the total spend on both domestic and global business
travel by corporations broken out into domestic and international. 
Ideally it would be broken down by air,lodging, rental car, and
meals/per diem but I would take a recent 2003-2004 total spend from a
referenceable authoratative source. Ideally the answer would look like
: Corporations spent over XXXXXXXX on business travel in 2004 in air,
lodging,..."  Broken down into a US domestic and international total
spend would be best.
