Howdy magnuspi-ga,

The company Digital Dream has several corporate locations and they have a
web page where you can find them. The US and UK locations are listed below,
an you can check their web page for other locations.

UK - Dover established 1999

They have a page on their policies.
http://www.digitaldreaminc.com/en/aboutus_policies.shtml

"Each product comes with a full Five Year Guarantee, effected at retail
level simply by the replacement of the defective product. Further details
are available on request."

From the above, I think that primary replacement of their products is
supposed to be done at the purchase place. If you bought your camera
from an online resource, such as an eBay auction, I would think you
have to contact Digital Dream directly.

They also have an online support email form that you can use.
http://www.digitaldreaminc.com/en/users/support_form.shtml

"If you require any technical assistance ... please complete the form ..."

If you need any clarification, please feel free to ask.

Howdy magnuspi-ga,

You asked for the address for the company and I provided that for you.

Please also note that you have every opportunity to ask for any further
clarification that you might need, especially before you rate an answer
that a researcher provides.

Here is an email address that might also work to contact someone at the
company in addition to the phone numbers, etc. already provided.

Andrew Ford - andy@digitaldreaminc.com or andy@digitaldreamco.com

This is a start. However the Digital Dream website is useless, you
must belong to something to get an answer and when you try to belong,
you get " this page is not available".
