I would like a list of restaurants in Chattanooga with gluten free
menu items, particularly in the downtown area.  Answer should include
restaurant name, location, contact information, and the menu items. 
The restaurant should be aware of cross contamination issues.  I am
already aware of Outback and Bonefish and their gluten free menus.
