I am looking for a list of counties or municipalities in Missouri that
will sell existing Tax Liens on a first-come first-serve basis or an
"Over-the-Counter" sale.  A quick responce would be greatly
apprecitated.

My list doesn't even need to be very long...

I am looking for about 10-15 (at most) 

Preferably the one's with larger populations first.
