Find a diatomic in which the v= 1 to v= 2 transition occurs at a
higher energy than the v = 0 to v = 1 transition, i.e. the overtone 0
->2 occurs at greater than two times the fundamental, rather than
less, which is what I've always observed, and is what normal types of
potentials predict. If you find an example, what about it is weird?
