I need to know the details of North American union agreements for
Delphi, Eaton, and Johnson Controls as quickly as possible - (ideally
by 8AM CST 8/14/05).

Specifically what I need to know is, for U.S. union plants, what do
these companies have to pay to downsize or close facilities?  An ideal
answer would look like the below (all data hypothetical):

Delphi
Total North American Plants 150
Union U.S. Plants 120
UAW Plants 100     6 weeks severance per year of service, max of 104 weeks
PACE Plants 20     4 weeks severance per year of service, max of 26 weeks

Please start with Delphi and post partial information if that is all
you can find.  More general information can be useful as well if
detail is difficult to find (e.g. average severance per plant or
individual).

I need as full a picture as possible regarding the severance terms. 
Commitment to lifetime group insurance coverage, for example, would be
an important term to know.
