research the state of Enterprise Systems (e.g. ERP, SCM, CRM) in the
banking Industry
To what extent is the industry automated to what extent it appears to
be successful, are legacy systems in place or are ERP, SCM or CRM
systems in place, or a combination, what functionality is used, what
vendors are used, is a best of breed approach used etc. Included may
be EDI networks and the Internet. Try to find examples of what
products are used in some firms in your industry.

Conclusion:
-Importance of ERP, SCM, CRM in the banking industry.  How

This a very interesting question and the possible answer could be
interesting if ever you decide to accept it.

Before I start do you already have resources to start this research?
If yes what are they so we won't duplicate the effort.

I was able to find one resource that can comprehensively answer most
of the questions you put forward here. I am not going to guarantee
that all the questions you asked will be answered since some of them
have underlying issues but most of them will be tackled. This document
is made up of 60 pages and was researched in 2004 and was published in
2005.

Remember this is one web document and provides the following
