In an athiestic view, the concept of God was almost certainly around before we have records of written history. In a Christian/Jewish view, God invented the concept of man. But if you must attribute God to a man then Adam had the first thoughts of God. |

Which god? Zues? Throughout recorded history, there were always gods - Before monotheism there were gods for everything from growing vegtables to to good luck. Do you want to know the start of monotheism (ie just one god) or the term god itself. There might be some history about the start of monotheism, but the term or meaning of "god" has been around since before we really have any significant historical records. |

no there is no particular istorical or a person who can be said to have invented the concept of god,it is just very simple that people have experienced some miracles happening to them but they had no idea who was acctually behind them but they also wanted to give a name to that superpower so atlast with the help of some knowledgible people they themselves invented the concept of worship and god.!!!...... |
