There is a church which is adorned with many cross-eyed angels. I
would like to know where is the church, and obtain a picture of one of
these cross-eyed angels.

This sounds quite intriguing, but I have found no mention of it
online. Where did you hear about this church? Is there anything else
you can tell us?

Not much else to tell. I heard about this church from an older guy
who said he noticed a cross-eyed angel in the church, and when he
looked more closely he noticed that all of the angels were cross-eyed.
ON aprior Google search I did some time back, I came across church
in latin america that reportedly had cross-eyed angels, but I couldn't
find any pictures, and I don't seem to find that when I went back to
look again.

I found this archived copy of an article that mentions cross-eyed
angels in a small Mexican church:

"Chignahuapan

This delightful little mountain village has a tiny, brightly-colored
church, decorated with amusing dark-skinned, cross-eyed angels. The
Plaza de la Constitución boasts a Mudéjar-style bandstand, the only
one of its kind in the country, built to protect a colonial fountain.
The church contains beautiful stained-glass windows depicting the
Virgin Mary, to whom it is dedicated, and an impressive, twelve-meter
high wooden sculpture of the Virgin, surrounded by angels and devils."

Thank you. Yes, that is the website I saw on line before. I was
hoping to see what a cross-eyed angel looked like, but cannot seem to
find any pictures. Any thoughts?

I couldn't turn up any pictures either, which is suprising. I'd think
that images of cross-eyed angels would be the sort of oddity that
would be posted somewhere on the Web.

I find the expression "cross-eyed angels" just charming.
There has got to be use for it, title of a book or line in a song:
"The Mystery of the Cross-eyed Angels" or "The Knurled Nut and the C-e Angels.
"Knurled nut" is also delightful, mundane as the wee things are.

"She was just a cross-eyed angel,
but when I kissed her, it didn't matter,
'cause mine were then crossed too."
