How can I go about getting a person to educate me on printing on my
own computer, items, such as birth announcements, invitations,
stationery?
I am in the Chicagoland area.

There are allot of online printers and print shops available to you.
Ink cartridges are not cheap. I would go the professional rout.
I have used many online print shops. The latest, for business cards. I
needed a bunch of real estate business cards made up and designed my
own here,
