In 1978 a short film was made in the uk called the "Waterloo Bridge
Handicap", and starring Leonard Rossiter.  It is recorded on imdb on
the following page:

I have tried to get hold of a copy of this short film, but have always
failed.  Can anyone provide a source, or provide a strong suggestion
that would enable me to get hold of a copy of this?
