Looking for Registrars that will allow me to secure domains at a
discount for bulk purchases.  Also, discounts on Secure Whois type
service (cloaked registrant info) for bulk purchases as well...

GoDaddy.com offers bulk registration services, and has very
competitive prices. The also offer sercure site services among many
other options.

DomainSpaces has bulk domain registrations along with private
registrations to "protect" the privacy of the owner.  .US domains has
recently decided that you cannot use private registrations for their
domains.  Check out http://domainspaces.com for their services.

HostJacksonville.com and Godaddy.com are good ones to use.
