What US Senator from Mass. did not show up to vote on the Treaty of
Cession for the Louisian Purchase??

It would have to be Federalist Sen. Thomas Pickering, who opposed the
treaty, since the other senator from Massachusetts, John Quincy Adams,
supported the Louisiana Puchase, even though he too was a Federalist. 
However, I haven't been able to establish that Pickering didn't show
up to vote (against) the Treaty of Cession.
